End of a 2nd 4-day week!!!! I love Easter holidays.


Right: Asparagus with balsamic vinegar carmelised red onions, Dried fruit (raisins & cranberries) & cashewnut mix, Pink & White Marshmellows (yummy pink ones are my favourite)
Left: Tuna & Cucumber sushi rolls (hummm may have made too many nevermind more the merrier), foil rose of pink ginger and wasabi centre. No soya sauce havent been able to locate a store here in the UK that sells bottle yet (eBay will be my next stop).
