I was feeling really lazy after the gym last night and had great cravings for hot & sour soup.  Today's bento is left-over special!
Left: Lemon Chicken, Steamed white rice topped with oyster sauce
Middle: Sirlon Beef in 'Chef Peking' fruity sauce, Monk's Vegetable (contains yummy fried tofu pieces)
Right: Fruit salad (cant see them but there are grapes, blueberries and strawberries, when I am ready to eat it I will also chop in a banana and orange) and finally a coconut mochi (I like this particular one as it contains the pandan flavour as well as coconut)

Right: Tuna onigiri with wasabi furikake seasoning and nori handles (I used sushi rice instead of plain rice as I like the taste better, not sure if this is traditional way of doing it)
Left: Slice of cucumber, pickled baby beetroot (Sainsbury's Taste the Difference - more spicy than the usually pickles and sweeter), dried mixed fruit salad and Heinz salad cream to serve with cucumber.

My first ever bento box has finally arrived, I thought that I had made a bid on the Hello Kitty Bento Box but it turns out it was for a different box (only cost me £4 including P&P so I cant complain).

For my first real Bento lunch I have the following:

Left: Rice (not sure how the rice with turn out as I used basmati rice instead of japanese rice) with salmon furikake.
Right: Soya braised cloud ear fugus/mushroom with Shiitake mushrooms and tropical fruit salad (havent been shopping yet so the fruit salad is tinned)
