After a long break I am back onto the Bento Train. It not a true bento but I am slowly getting back into the swigs of bento,ing.



Left to Right Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice (I used the left over roast chicken and cooked it with Uncle Ben's medium curry sauce - not a real curry but truely yummy), fresh mango slice (thanks you
mmmbento for the the mango slicing tutorial, I was to great with peeling the mango with a peeler so I opted for the knife option.), Strawberries with brown sugar, fruit malt loaf with butter. I also have an apple and yoghurt (not shown) as it is a double gym session night tonight.
